Governmental integrity.

Does governmental integrity matter?

Does it matter that Lee Harvey Oswald did not kill JFK and LBJ participated in JFK's death.

Does it matter whether Lance Armstrong or Tom Brady cheated?

Does it matter that DOJ used Dr. profiling, mass Dr. spying to imprison Dr. Kelly Dr. Cheek and Dr. Volkman ?

   I commend your leadership in promoting  governmental integrity.

  Sadly, It seems that the triumphs of criminalization of medicine have relied on deception and covert action to profile and persecute pain and addiction doctors.

 Currently three wonderful doctors  Paul Kelly, Dr. Paul Volkman ,Dr.Linda Cheek are in prison.

  It seems that doctor profiling and  mass monitoring of confidential medication data of private citizens have been government sponsored methods to criminalize medicine.

 Your attention to this matter is most appreciated.

 For some time you have been disseminating false and defamatory information about myself Alen J Salerian M.D..

  Your  many  intelligent high-tech methods  have stonewalled my efforts to correct the errors. I'm a human being with limited technical and financial resources.  You  MUST ensure that this misinformation will not continue to harm myself and my family.

Following are some of the errors.

I worked for the FBI for five years not one.

I did not leak any confidential information about Mr. Robert Hansen. I did not violate his confidence. The comments I've made in public were authorized by Mr. Hansen verbally. Mr. Hansen himself had broadcasted his sexual adventures through Internet for many years. Mr. Cacheris never hired me as a psychiatric consultant. I volunteered my services directly for Mr. Henson and his family and did not get paid a penny. It is not true that I was suspended by Washington psychiatric Society or American psychiatric Association. After lengthy hearings I was fully exonerated and I remain to be a life member of APA.

I had to file for bankruptcy because DC Department of Health without due process shutdown my office and the administrative judge, Judge Dean never ruled on the lawfulness of the office closure.

It is also true that the DC of medicine based upon false information and proven evidence of no wrongdoing on my part in the death of Mr. Patrick Kennedy made a dumb mistake by revoking my license. Their dumbness does not reflect on my competence. Please make all the necessary corrections.

I was  violated when DEA raided my home on March 3, 2011.

I was violated when DEA drugged me during the raid.

I was violated when DEA confiscated my cars and wealth on March 3, 2011.

I was violated when DEA drove my confiscated car for joyride.

I was violated when my medical practice was shut down in 2012.

I have been violated every day since April 5, 2012 while judge Dean never ruled on the lawfulness of my office shutdown

I was violated when DC licensing board revoked my license with paper trailed lies of wrongful death.

I was violated when I was committed to a psychiatric prison without medical justification.

I was violated when all of the above happened while I had the best of the best lawyers in Washington DC.

I was violated when CVS pharmacies boycotted my valid prescriptions starting 2009.

I was violated when CVS pharmacies stamped bottles Dr. Salarian isunder their DEA

Investigation.

I was raped in prison at FMC Butner in September 2014.
