  Let us free Dr. Volkmann Dr. Kelly and Dr. Cheek .

     Dr. Profiling , tracking license plates of patients who take prescribed controlled substances and  forfeiture of physician assets have been the bedrock of our war on DOCTORS.

   Dirty tricks by DEA have made thousands of  good doctors prisoners of war . Three of them Dr. Volkmann, Dr. Cheek and Dr. Kelly are in prison today.

 8 Good news and 1 bad news:  people with pain

Plenty of good news:

 1.  Wall Street article by Devlin Barrett on January 26, 2015 exposing DEA tracking and profiling drivers with confidential medication records.

 2 .Washington Post article by Robert  O’Harrow Jr on January 28, 2015 addressing bipartisan bills in both houses of Congress to alter the nation's civil asset forfeiture laws.

3. ACLU and NACDL supporting the proposed changes of civil asset forfeiture laws.

4. Senators Ron Paul( R-KY) Patrick Leahy (D-VT) Charles E Grassley (R-IOWA) James Sensenbrenner Jr (R-wis)  Tim Walberg(R-MICH) introducing the first amendment integrity restoration act or fair act to scrutinize the proof needed to make a seizure and abolish equitable sharing.

5.Atty. Gen. Eric Holder banning seizure and forfeiture of wealth and assets without compelling evidence of wrongdoing.

6. State of Pennsylvania banning solitary isolation for mental patients for punitive purposes in state institutions.

 7. Marion Stahl fiction “The Monster Chase” telling the anguish of a Dr. victimized by our current laws climbing up in rankings.

8. Prof James Fetzer and veterans today publicizing the atrocities suffered by doctors victimized by the war on drugs.

Bad news:

Dr. Kelly, Dr. Volkman and Dr. Cheek are still in prison because of the laws we are trying to change now.

                            Why did I get raped?

Why did I get raped?

 Because I was in prison.

Why was I in prison?

Because I was bankrupt ?

Why was I bankrupt?

Because  my passport and wealth were confiscated.

Why were they confiscated?

Because I was accused of drug trafficking?

Why was I accused of drug trafficking?

Because I was practicing pain medicine.

Why was I imprisoned without a trial for practicing pain medicine?

Because I was ordered to be hospitalized to determine my mental competency to stand trial.

Why was I  hospitalized even though I was not suicidal, homicidal or presenting a threat to national security?

Because my constitutional rights and the principles of evidence-based medicine were violated.

Dear Kaleigh

   Your recent skirmish with death and remarkable quick recovery prompted me to write this letter.

   One day some time after I am gone you could be  our president. This is because you have all the essential gifts  to become a president and the desire to lead.

 Please  hold on to your values  after you enter the White House. Please protect your soul and do not let your triumphs compromise you.

I was a high school student when Pres. John F. Kennedy died. I cried. JFK was a great man who defended reason and prevented a nuclear war. He has been my hero ever since.

 I want you to watch 12 images and reach your own conclusion about JFK s death. Then write down on a piece of paper, a note to yourself and say I will not change when I become the president. Sign it. And remember your pledge.
