   Lessons from Capt. Smith and Titanic

  The spectacular difference between the advances in technology versus social sciences has a simple answer: eigenvalues

      The immense influence of invisible forces – eigenvalues – is recognized by science and in general overlooked in social sciences.. When an airplane crashes we analyze all the data -visible and invisible- and reach relatively reliable conclusions. Each accident is an invitation to prevent the next one.

      Psychiatry analyzes a plane crash caused by a suicidal pilot by DSM, the diagnostic statistical manual of psychiatric disorders, a tool that is clueless about eigenvalues. DSM views abnormal behavior and brains as if they were potatoes  or metal. You can never tell how good a computer is by looking at it. DSM inquires :Is the computer fat, short large black or does it drink?

  Political sciences are equally inept in examining major disasters . Not that political scientists do not know the answers but simply that the winners write the history books. If you are the winner and you have killed millions of people you would never learn from your own mistakes.

   We did not learn from Vietnam because we have been  the leader of the  world. So not many of us have faced the truth that 1.5  Vietnamese and 50,000 Americans died  and the killers got away with it. Not LBJ , or Mc George Bundy, not McNamara ever faced Nuremberg.

  We have learned a lot from  Titanic . Sadly we have not learned  much in psychiatry or political sciences.

  It's not too late. Let's introduce eigenvalues to social sciences.

“I am sorry , I hurt you” Is A Sign Of Progress

          A human is made of billions of cells. A nation is made of millions of humans.  A government is made of thousands of humans.

      Humans make mistakes. Governments make mistakes . Progress means acknowledging errors .

  Germany apologized for the Holocaust.  Neither Japan nor Turkey nor USA has ever apologized for catastrophic errors against Koreans, Chinese , Armenians and Vietnamese.    The Government of Israel -a nation of victims of discrimination throughout history-has not acknowledged any wrongdoing against its own citizens of Palestinian heritage.

      I commend Robert McNamara an extraordinary American with wisdom  to  acknowledge responsibility of our past wrongs . This is something to celebrate as evidence of evolution .

       Could we learn from Robert McNamara?

                            LBJ suicide after homicide?

  Did president Lyndon B Johnson commit suicide after helping JFK get assassinated?

 Was this similar to the Airbus –Lufthansa pilot suicide –  homicide?

    No one witnessed LBJs death. He was found sitting up in his chair in front of a  loud  television set.. British tabloids suggestied LBJ was poisoned according to his former girlfriend and mother of LBJ's illegitimate son.

   Psychological clues suggest LBJ was a tormented soul who was depressed prior to his sudden and premature death. He was known to have been receiving  treatment for depression.

  Over the years multiple publications confirmed two major observations about LBJ. He felt guilty about Vietnam and Pres. Kennedy's death and he was depressed. These observations along with other forensic cues such as his strange body position for somebody who had died of a heart attack makes suicide as likely as his girlfriend's claim of homicide.

    LBJ  was personally involved in the   assassination investigation . He had instructed Dr. Crenshaw the surgeon operating on Lee  Harvey Oswald to get  a deathbed confession. This level of involvement seemed to clash with his apparent indifference to the practically impossible mishaps that undermined the integrity of the criminal investigation.

   Prof. Jim Fetzer and Dr. David MANTIK and others have meticulously documented major failures  of the official Warren report. JFK's brain was lost. Harper fragment- skull bone- was also lost  JFK's White House tapes (November 1963 section vanished). The skull x-rays  WERE reengineered. The Bethesda Naval Bethesda Naval Hospital autopsy was a sham.

   The crime scene was sterilized by the Secret Service  even before the president died. LBJ personally misled the Chief Justice of a phantom nuclear crisis with the Soviet Union . Unless Lee Harvey Oswald is  quickly declared guilty we may have a nuclear confrontation with Soviets  LBJ warned Chief Justice Warren.

   LBJ reversed JFK's orders of disengagement from Vietnam and declared war. 50,000 young Americans died. 1.5 million Vietnamese perished.

In essence LBJ had plenty of reasons to feel guilty depressed and be suicidal.

Too bad there's no postmortem exam. And there is not enough national interest to get support for exuming his body. It may open up old wounds.

1.    Senses and emotions are energy products consistent with Max Planck theory of radiation and Einstein theory of light.

2.    Brain function is sensitive to temperature and pH . Cooler core body temperatures and lower pH prolong life.

3.    Biology is psychiatry, psychiatry is biology akin to energy is matter, matter is energy.  Quorum sensing and minimum energy are of essence in brain function.

4.    Brain function is dynamic and complex governed by regional brain function under the predominant influence of prefrontal cortex.  Minimum energy and quorum sensing are of essence  to perform a specific function i.e. writing or speaking.

5.       Butterfly theory applies to brain function ;  brain function and human behavior are  sensitively dependent upon initial  minor mishaps.

6.    DSM is harmful and delays progress in psychiatry..

7.    Human Brain is a map of universe made of different evolutionary stages of nonliving and living things.

8.     Pain is a brain message of bad news about  a body part. Pain is a brain product born from a single sense or a combination of senses greater than a minimum pain threshold

   10.  Institutional integrity and zero presidential lies will reduce the likelihood of   man-made catastrophic wars .
