Dear Sir

  Please  help me heal from the indignities I endured because of the February 2014 article by Ariel Sabar triggering  my imprisonment at FMC Butner.  The Department of Justice has  begun and investigation into the atrocities-torture, rape etc. – I suffered in prison.

   Mr. Sabar’s potrayel of me as a reckless doctor-killer did  cross the line of  journalistic integrity.  Mr. Sabar managed to make fantastic lies believable . That's good fiction but not journalism. 

  In the spirit of good journalism I would like to tell my story. The truth before the Washingtonian article and what happened since then.   Mr. Sabar could  do the reporting. He erred. He may be an award-winning journalist  yet he let Washingtonian, the public, my family and people with mental and physical pain down.

Why did Eric Holder send me to prison without a trial?

Because he could.

Why did Eric Holder confiscate my three cars and wealth without a trial?

Because he could.

Why did Dr. Cochran at FMC Butner let me get tortured and raped?

Because he could.

Why did Dr. Watson the executive director of DC Board of Medicine coerce pharmacist Shane Miller to file a false complaint against me?

Because she could.

Why did the DC Board of medicine use perjured complaints and a false autopsy report to revoke my license?

Because they could.
Why did DEA agent Sponheimer imprisoned me for eight hours and refused to let my attorneys  talk with me?
Because he could.

Why did DEA agent  Sponheimer medicate a patient in my office on March 3, 2011?

Because he could.

Why did DEA agent Sponheimer kidnap my patient MM on September 4, 2011?

Because he could.

Why did DEA agent Sponheimer at gunpoint shackle my wife and daughter on March 3, 2011?

Because he could.

Why did CVS pharmacies refuse to honor my prescriptions and stamp bottles with

Dr Salerian is under DEA investigation starting in 2009?

Because they could.

Why did  Washingtonian  publish Ariel Sabar’s  fantastic lies about me in February 2014?

Because of money.

Why did all of the above happen?

Because bad apples are authorized to violate our Constitution.

The rule of law or a tool for abuse of civil liberties?

The truth is simple.

Steven Kennedy screamed murder. The DC Board Of Medicine revoked my license. Eric Holder confiscated my passport, cars and wealth and shipped me to prison where I was tortured and raped .

 I had to file for bankruptcy. Many people died.

None of those atrocities  before my trial could  have happened without dirty tricks by civil servants.

Truth matters.

 Dear Mr Holder

   May I have my passport back? .
   My passport to heal..My passport to visit my people in Istanbul.

   I'm not a flight risk. I will not run because I want my trial.

   For four years I've been waiting to have my day in court . I have been imprisoned, committed to an asylum, forced to bankruptcy, tortured and raped while waiting for my trial.

  One of your employees, Mr. Sponheimer terrorized my family  bullied CVS pharmacies not to accept  my prescriptions  and made them stamp medication bottles with warnings that I was under  DEA investigation  long before my indictment.

  Are we in Nazi Germany?  

   Please let me heal .

   I shall be back. I shall be because I can't wait to prove that the bad apples of our government do not represent America.
