   Thank you for your quick response. I'm disappointed that you will not pledge to integrity  and honesty . The truth is simple. Your February 2014 article was a bunch of lies portraying me as a foolish killer of Patrick Kennedy.

 Your article did harm people with mental and physical pain and contributed to the atrocities I endured in prison. Your failure to acknowledge past wrongs is a blemish for Washingtonian .  Your refusal to give me a chance to tell my story  confirms that  you're not interested  in the truth.

CVS World Bank and The butterfly effect

   The classic Pat Lorenz” butterfly effect” phenomenon  may apply to modern societies. Lorenz observed the sensitive dependence of complex systems on minor  mishaps such as a butterfly flapping its wings off the Amazon  triggering a future tornado  in Kansas  .

  The catastrophic events that struck my  patients and associates seem to have been triggered by minor ethical lapses by many. Each mishap was minuscule and  seemingly inconsequential at the time of its occurrence.

 Over a period of time  many people died , hundreds of  seriously ill people were left without medical treatment, dozens lost jobs ,I was imprisoned and endured torture.

  A butterfly flapping its wings was a minor initial error by Dr. Shane Chittenden. He wrongly attributed the death of Patrick Kennedy to his treatment prescribed by me.            The storm grew with other minor ethical lapses: The CVS boycotting my valid prescriptions and stamping bottles with Dr.Salerian under DEA investigation and Steven Kennedy using his  World Bank and Washingtonian connections  to portray me  as  Dr. Death.

 Yes, a tornado triggered by minor errors devastated many.

 Will you please make a new year resolution  to fully and unconditionally pledge to honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability.

  Please do not let bad apples bully physicians or pharmacists. Do not let your employees joyride with confiscated cars of target physicians in collaboration between DOJ and CVS.

    Do not let DEA agents joyride  at the expense of people with mental and physical pain.  We are   human and  could  err.  Let us learn from our mistakes.  Let us not encourage  deception by civil servants and healthcare professionals.

Dear Mr. Corbat

    Starting 2015 please stop client profiling and selective termination of your customers.

 Citibank actions led to the closure of The Salerian Center For Neuroscience and Pain in 2012. The center filed for bankruptcy in 2013.

 Since the closure many people perished victimized by the man-made disruption of their life-saving treatment. 17 people lost their jobs.

     Citibank  action to selectively terminate banking services without cause created a hostile business environment and contributed to the financial strangulation of our medical center.

   To serve the community better you must be honest and ethical. Costumer profiling and selective termination of clients are wrong. Please acknowledge Citibank errors and take active steps to correct them.

Dear Ms Castel

    Starting with 2015 please stop profiling and bullying doctors. Please stop stamping medication bottles with warning signs that the prescribing doctor is under investigation. Please stop politically motivated boycotting valid prescriptions by practicing physicians. Please instruct all your pharmacists that under no circumstances they file false complaints against physicians.

  The above summarized CVS actions have inadvertently caused death and destruction for many. After my office in Washington DC was shut down because of well-documented criminal  actions by CVS several of my patients perished. It is also true that 17 people lost their jobs.

  For CVS to be a leader in healthcare you must  be honest.  Please publicly unconditionally acknowledge your Gestapo like tactics that destroyed lives.

 I would appreciate your timely response and corrective actions to prevent future CVS made catastrophes.
