Dear Ms Castel
Starting with 2015
please stop profiling and bullying doctors. Please stop stamping medication
bottles with warning signs that the prescribing doctor is under investigation.
Please stop politically motivated boycotting valid prescriptions by practicing
physicians. Please instruct all your pharmacists that under no circumstances
they file false complaints against physicians.
The above summarized
CVS actions have inadvertently caused death and destruction for many. After my
office in Washington DC was shut down because of well-documented criminal actions by CVS several of my patients
perished. It is also true that 17 people lost their jobs.
For CVS to be a
leader in healthcare you must be honest. Please publicly unconditionally acknowledge
your Gestapo like tactics that destroyed lives.
I would appreciate
your timely response and corrective actions to prevent future CVS made
catastrophes.
