   This is where victims of mental retardation work for $.75 per day. This is a federal psychiatric facility where  there is an  epidemic  of medication induced horrors (tardive dyskinesia). This is where prison guards  administer psychotherapy and sexually BULLY patients. it is called strip search. I know it well. it happened to me many times. Get  fully undressed . Bend over . Stretch your buttocks. Expose anus. Left testicle up. Right testicle . Let's take your handcuffs off.
