Crossing The Atlantic
for Paul Kelly MD
Never complain
Never utter a sound
Rough torturous journey
A fly a mosquito or a bee
Riding an elephant
Crossing the Atlantic
Hunting fish
In search of a better land
Never dare
Never never notice
Microscopic ills
If you must talk
Wait till
Crossing the ocean
Once on land
Here comes freedom
You may call the beast
Anything you wish
You could call him fatso
A peasantly fat pig
A driver from hell
But wait till trial is over…..
Paul Kelly M.D. retired from
the Navy after 20 years of service then practiced in Cleveland for another 20 years. In his
distinguished career he delivered more than 10,000 babies. Then he became a POW
in the war against drugs.
