Dear Madam Lynch
Please end the inhumane treatment of Drs.
Alen J Salerian and Silviu Ziscovici and the egriegious violations of due process and right to a speedy trial.
Without a trial, Dr. Salerian and Dr.
Ziscovici (for five and seven years respectively) have suffered immensely (imprisonment,
torture, rape, physical assaults, near-death).
When a Gov't denies it's citizens the basic rights that every member of Gov't enjoys then it is not long before the people take the law into their own hands which is not always in the best interest of either the citizens or the Gov't. Basic fairness in the administration of due process of law works best. It would seems we have devolved back to a time before the laws of due process were enacted with good reason.
