walk the sand poem by salerian

Walk The Sand

You feel what I feel
The glistening waters
Never-ending waves
Where rocks are pebbles
Little pebbles
White sand
A woman watching her toddler
And I’m saying to myself
It Is no way you would know how I feel
Unless you come here
Hold my hand
Walk the beach
Walk the sand
Touch the sun the moon
The way
Those glistening waves
Surrender
Every time
They are on shore
Or how toddler's mom moves
When a white wave is near
