      I.          Military style strategic collaboration and overreach by federal local and state agencies.

·           Raid on my house and office: DEA  FBI  IRS agents and Maryland District of Columbia police officers.

·           HIDTA assisted traffic arrests in District of Columbia, Virginia West Virginia Maryland Tennessee.

        II.                   DEA Leaked  confidential medical information to:

·            DC Board of  Medicine.

·           CVS ,Walgreen and other pharmacies in District of Columbia Virginia Maryland and West Virginia.

·            Citibank in Washington DC.

 III.          DEA -DC BOARD OF MEDICINE recruited  and coerced complainants to file false complaints

         against me.

Doctors David Katz and Michael Fratkin and pharmacist Shane Miller were recruited and coerced by DEA - Dr. Jacklyn Watson of District of Columbia Board of Medicine to file  false complaints against me.
