Judge John Dean ?
I filed for bankruptcy and shut down my office and 7 patients committed suicide because Judge
John Dean never ruled on the lawfulness of the summary suspension of my DEA license.

The DC Department of Health summarily suspended my DEA license by claiming that
“ Dr Salerian prescribed
narcotics without any medical necessity in
the care of patients Jamie Brooks, Sam
Hughes, Dennis Green and Courtney Garrett “
The hearings revealed that

Dr David Katz Dr.Michael Fratken and Shane Miller were were not honest
.

Dr
Fratkin and Miller were coached by Dr. Watson
and committed perjuries by filing false complaints.
·
Dr. Katz and Dr. Fratken selectively left out crucial information about their direct
communication with me about the medical necessity
to prescribe medication .

Dr Dr. Fratken Told JUDGE GREEN “I regret manipulating Dr.Salerian”.

ReplyDeleteIt is justice that has been manipulated, Dr.Salerian was just a suitable target, locked up in a criminally insane asylum, Ariel Sabar's article Published on January 28, 2014 could have sealed his fate, the timing seems to have been planned to twist the knife, lucky escape. His assets confiscated, all the money he had, should his solid brother not come for his aid he would probably be dead, there's also a premeditated, planned and attempted murder story here. Justice eventually should prevail should the system not crumble in the process, otherwise justice is neither here or there.
