Very badly
Let my kids down
Very down
Colossal error
Donkey friend
Observed
Suicidal he thought
To ever admit mistakes
And not to teach
Deception
How to lie
Not to get caught
When lying
How about honor
I wondered out loud
“What's the other option?”
Donkey said
“This is no jungle
In Washington
When you kill
You go to prison
Not a pretty place!
When you lie
Who goes to prison?
The bad guys
Who lied about you”
