Hope is magic

Magic is hope

When  hopelessly ill

Give me hope

When running

Taking a pill

Or dying

Give me hope

Whisper to my ear

Death is glory

 Glorious heavens

Shattering me

Crushing my spirits

An African elephant

A Facebook friend

Texting me

I'm  a fool
Believing in  heavens

Rushing to the zoo

 Demanding answers

 With no eye contact

Calm  flat voice

“Look up” my  friend said

 “Look up the sky

Watch carefully

You see  God
