Dirty Tricks
By DEA
Human failures And Loss Of Medical License
What I have discovered since June 2013 when
the DC Board of Medicine revoked my license is both unnerving and informative.
Unnerving because of the depth and complexity of deception by DEA and a few
members of the board, informative for its potential to help others escape similar
atrocities.
The evidence I have gathered is based upon paper trail , witness and
investigative reports by independent
professionals. The evidence of deception and unethical conduct is rock solid.
Below are some of the highlights
1.
The first three complaints all had the marks of DEA
engineered complaints:
They were
fraudulent and transparent for their falsehoods. A pharmacists complained I had
not returned a telephone call in a timely fashion. The same pharmacist
acknowledged to an investigator that he had never called. The same pharmacist
did also acknowledge pressure from DEA
and Dr. Watson -the executive director of DC Board of medicine- who had
personally personally contacted the pharmacist to facilitate the filing of the complaint.
An
ophthalmologist claimed - without providing any supporting evidence – I was a
drug dealer accepting only cash. Later he would admit he got the misinformation
from DEA. A hospitalist from California did complain about high dosages of
narcotics prescribed for a patient . Under oath he did acknowledge that he was less than honest in his communication with me and he felt
remorseful about his actions.
2.The sudden death of a young man was
falsely blamed on medications prescribed
by me . Two national experts fully
exonerated me in this case pointing out gross errors and misinterpretations by
the pathologist who had completed the autopsy report.
Was the autopsy report a DEA engineered act? I
don't believe so. It was human error but
in combination with previous DEA tricks sealed my fate..
