Institutional integrity

 The single obstacle to peace and progress on earth is lack of institutional integrity . All human challenges have  intelligent  solutions.   

 Europeans and Japanese  are not burdened by man-made wars terrorism  and heroin  epidemics.

 Europeans and  Japanese  have not persecuted pain doctors as  drug dealers.

 Europeans and Japanese have not lied about  fictional moon missions.

 Europeans and Japanese have not created fantastic 911 fireworks .

 Europeans and Japanese have not created   fictional massacres of children at Sandy Hook elementary school in Connecticut.
