Thank
you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions regarding health care policy. I
greatly appreciate the opportunity to hear from Marylanders on how we can
improve the quality of and access to high-quality, affordable health care. I am
determined, with your help, to ensure that every Marylander can receive the
care they require.
I
apologize for not responding to you prior to the conclusion of the 115th Congress; however,
Dear Sen.
Cardin
Thank you for writing back.
After 40 years of practice and 10,000 patients
and after teaching at George Washington University School of Medicine for
decades and enjoying the privilege of APA life membership,
without a trial I was shipped to a federal
prison in Butler North Carolina where I
endured unspeakable atrocities.
Please read The new Tuskeegee;
persecution of pain doctors in America.
But this letter is not about my misfortunes but rather what happened to
my 20,000 physician colleagues abused
as drug dealers in the last 30 years.
I am alive
on exile in Athens.
My dear colleague John Mirczak, bled to death for
providing care for my patients after I fell.
Dr. Silviiu Ziscovici who practiced in Rockville for several
decades suffered a broken jaw and was lucky to survive. After bankruptcy and destitution, seven years
later the fictional chargers against him
were dropped.
What happened to his millions confiscated
from him.? Did he ever go back to practice medicine? No. What happened to my
wealth and cars ?
How about my Virginia colleague , a nationally
respected clinician practitioner internal medicine pain specialist Bill Hurwitz? Why did he spend seven years in
prison and lost eyesight?
Four
doctors from Washington DC area , two of
us from Maryland with the best lawyers on earth …… look what happened to us.
How about our patients? Seven of my
patients committed suicide. My book
keeper who blew his brains out.
When can we talk? When can we Skype?
Please help
