Dear   Sen. Cardin

1. Why do we have an Atty. Gen. and a department of justice?

 2.  Why do we have a constitution that promotes due process  and “ innocent until proven guilty” when on  March 3, 2011 three of my cars and $168,000,  were confiscated and never returned without due process?

 3. Why was I  declared” a drug dealing doctor under investigation “by DOJ and DEA without due process?

 4. Why did DC Department of Health   close my office without due process ?

5.  Why was  the District of Columbia administrative judge, John Dean never ruled on the lawfulness of    of the office closure  that contributed to the premature deaths of seven patients?

6. Why did what happened to me in Washington DC happened 20,000 times to twenty thousand other  physicians treating pain and addiction in America in the last 30 years?

7. Will you please investigate the  unnecessary deaths of  three Maryland residents Doctor Solange MacArthur, Joseph Nasser  and  Debra Syfert?
