This Titanic clock

Ticking  quietly

No one’s fault

 attorneys slept

When barbarians  came

Judge  Dean bewildered

This  bomb ticking

 Sleeping giants

Like titanic watchmen

SOS  starving iceberg ahead

At times shouting

Slow down

Play different tunes change music change course

Miracles happen

I survived  not the ship

From Athens I telephoned

Dean asleep

Before I went to a federal prison in Butler North Carolina in May 2014

I stood up at the court room  in Abington Virginia and said to judge Sargent;

“Your Honor I know  my constitutional rights .. no reason for you to ship me to prison without a trial..And no reason for me to have a psychiatric exam in the hospital ..I’m not a danger to myself or others’.  attorney Glen Donath did not object.

I will never forget my words to Glen afterwords before we parted . you let me down Glen you let me down ,I feel betrayed , very betrayed; why did you lie to me Glen.?He said something which I don’t remember.
