Bad doctors or DR PROFILING?

Why do pharmacies and DEA profile pain doctors?
Perhaps we
should scrutinize all including pain doctors.
But shouldn't we
respect due process, our Constitution
and the sanctity of doctor-patient relationship?
My government
ruined me financially long before
my trial. Armed by Dr. profiling, bad apples came into my office dressed as
patients. They were undercover. How may times? I guess 20 or 30. The same thing
happened to thousands of other pain doctors.
Trust is of
essence. It is possible to identify and help people who cheat . It is possible
to rely on clinical skills and medical common sense. We can't afford to start from a paranoid position.
There is absolutely
something wrong with policemen pretending to be patients. Or Dr. profiling. These
are despicable acts.
I ask my fellow physicians to speak up.
