Dear Mr. Corbat

    Starting 2015 please stop client profiling and selective termination of your customers.

 Citibank actions led to the closure of The Salerian Center For Neuroscience and Pain in 2012. The center filed for bankruptcy in 2013.

 Since the closure many people perished victimized by the man-made disruption of their life-saving treatment. 17 people lost their jobs.

     Citibank  action to selectively terminate banking services without cause created a hostile business environment and contributed to the financial strangulation of our medical center.

   To serve the community better you must be honest and ethical. Costumer profiling and selective termination of clients are wrong. Please acknowledge Citibank errors and take active steps to correct them.
