                                           Brain Map
Is it possible to develop a brain map that corresponds to the DSM classification of psychiatric disorders?
Such a map may bridge the existing gap between DSM deficits and brain anatomy and physiology. Below is the architecture of a proposed brain map for adult psychiatric disorders.
A .Disorders of prefrontal cortex hypo dopaminergia  :ADD (mild) depression postconcussional syndrome( moderate) dementia( severe).
B .Orbitofrontal Cortex  Dysfunction : Addictions,  obsessive-compulsive disorders ,eating disorders.
C.Limbic Brain Dysfunction: Phobias, generalized anxiety disorders ,  posttraumatic stress disorder
D.Cortico limbic pathway dysfunction: Psychosis schizophrenia, bipolar disorder

E.Cortico-thalamic dysfunction :fibromyalgia chronic pain
