   My observations about  brain disorders  have been miniscule built upon the work of true giants of science yet at the same time may be paradigm shifting and therefore easy prey for indiscriminate intellectual assault by defenders of scientific status quo.

    Thomas Kuhn and his classic “the structure of scientific revolution” helps me cope with routine  ridicule I receive from the current gurus of  neuroscience. It does not help that I have multiple interests and I am not a role model as a disciplined scholar. I paint , I draw  cartoons, write fiction, practice psychiatry and  also try scientific writing. I am easy prey.  

  Here is the reality: In 21st century American psychiatry is still dominated by God and willpower. AA and NA Centered treatments lead the way for addiction treatment. People with various addictive disorders are herded into groups and forced to attend daily brainwashing sessions or face punishment from the legal system. APA  AMA seem to promote this mockery of pseudo science at the expense of millions of victims of brain disorders.   Victims of brain disorders have been Victimized by  profit driven prison systems run by intelligent humans.

  AMA and APA have  grossly failed to defend scientific medicine and the victimization of people with brain disorders by  intelligent third parties motivated by financial gains.

   People with brain disorders are helpless. Helpless and defenseless. Their supposed  allies brilliant doctors psychiatrists psychopharmacologists pharmacists have all been whipped to silence by DEA, DOJ. They face  punishmentst that include de licensure  and or imprisonment.

When are we going to stop this madness?

There is no reason to wait it's an easy fix if we all agree that the current system is irrational and openly discriminatory against people with imperfect brains.
