Traditional wisdom says premature celebration is unwise and often counterproductive.
Traditional wisdom may overlook the importance of eigenvalues-invisible influences- in universe. Most celebrations  elicit positive responses, activate hope and may energize and strengthen the intended outcome. Naturally premature celebration may also invite hostile attention at the expense of a mission.
Every celebration is energy and fun. Sitting on good or bad news without sharing is  stressful and taxing for human brain. Hope, anticipatory excitement of joy could be exhilarating. Most surprised parties are empowered by this principle. Most vacations are much more fun before they occur.

There may not be a correct answer about early celebration. It has the potential for up or down. Individual circumstances would determine the final outcome.
