   Dear friends

I need your assistance to publicize my man-made torture of many years: my book” in prison with Jesus”

  I've been tortured by my government methodically and irrationally for some time

    What is torture? Law textbooks and 2340A defines torture the following way:

  Torture means an act committed by a person acting under the color of law specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or   suffering upon another person within his custody.

     Severe mental pain or suffering means prolonged mental harm caused by or resulting from:

A .Infliction or threatened infliction of severe physical pain or suffering.

B .The threat of imminent death

C.Tthe threat of another person is subjected to death or torture.

   In prison, at Butner fmc I was threatened to eat feces and urine, handcuffed, forced to bend over to expose my genitals  . While in solitary confinement I was ordered to receive an insulin injection that could have killed me instantly.

   At Butner FMC for long periods I was locked up with violent criminals who threatened to kill me by mutilating my body and getting rid of the evidence.

   In the last four years I helplessly witnessed the man made deaths of people who mattered to me. I was in a helpless position and under the custody of US law to witness the deaths of Solange, Kevin, Siobhan, John, Joseph, John, Philip.. And watching Judith  my wife start dying by ravages of stress worsening her diabetes, strokes blindness and kidney failure.

At Butner FMC I was raped while under protective custody.

  There have been many days I have welcomed death. I poured my suicidal urges to poetry for I want to LET OTHERS KNOW. I will not abandon ship till justice comes.
