1.    Reckless endangerment of many lives by labeling  Dr. Salarian and Gregory Salerian as killers of Patrick Kennedy and broadcasting the false rumors.

2.    Contributing to the premature deaths of Solange McArthur, Joseph Nasser, Deborah Sypert, John Buchanan, Paul Mullins., Philip Pruix.

3.    Contributing to the revocation of medical license of Dr. Salerian.

4.    Contributing to the imprisonment torture and rape of Dr. Salerian.

5.    Contributing to the   financial losses by Gregory Salerian lcsw who is currently driving a cab in Houston to make a living.

6.    Contributing to the abrupt termination of psychiatric treatment of 1200 patients including  Stephen Kennedy's former wife, former girlfriend and three adult children.
