Prosecutorial Abuses Are Standard Operating Procedure In The
War Against Doctors: Case Examples of 3 Washington DC Doctors
§ Dr. Z and
Dr. S homes and offices were raided with confiscation of wealth that led to
bankruptcy and destitution for both physicians. It's been seven years for Dr. Z
and five years for Dr. S without a trial in violation of the right to a speedy
trial.
§ Dr. Z
suffered a broken jaw, Dr. S was rendered unconscious by drugs during the
raids. One of Dr. S patients who fainted was medicated by DOJ staff.
§ Dr. Z lost
his medical license in Maryland without due process. Dr. S and Dr. M lost DC
controlled substance registration without due process.
§ Medical files
and records confiscated during the raids were passed on to the local medical
boards (Dr. Z and Dr. S).
§ Both Dr. Z
and Dr. S patients were pressured by DOJ staff to fabricate claims of
inappropriate sexual behavior by their doctors.
§ 17 Dr. S
patient's were falsely imprisoned for minor traffic violations.
