sponsored deception !
§ Government is allowed to
cheat , not the accused.(This point is worthy of emphasis. Unlike all other criminal cases the irrational war on drugs is
based upon false premises and therefore can only be maintained by organized
state-sponsored deception very much like communist elections. Doctors are
privileged . The average doctor makes more than $200,000 a year and has gone to
school for 24 years. It makes no sense for a physician to engage in drug
trafficking. Government misrepresents physician wealth as evidence of greed. The Hippocratic oath is
dismissed and now presented as more evidence of promoting trust of
untrustworthy people. Compassion is packaged as sexual favors for drugs.
Endless criminals become an army of witnesses
for prosecution.
§ Defensive strategies help
government . (Withholding crucial information about dishonesty of government
agents, assets or witnesses until trial.
Less than vigorous assaults on major constitutional violations and egregious prosecutorial abuses until trial).
§ Failing to appreciate the
crucial importance of expert medical opinion and the criteria of reckless
disregard of practice standards (not just malpractice) necessary for criminal
prosecution.
§ War of attrition. Often
doctors go bankrupt then give up.
