My government

Can you ever

Even once

Even once in a blue moon

Or once in a century

Say I am sorry

Acknowledge your failings

Your mistakes

 Minor or catastrophic

Mistakes that inflicted

Ocean large wounds

Screaming lacerations

Piercing shrieks

No you don't have to answer

I know the answer

You can never say

Never ever say

I erred

For your brain

Soul or mind

Unwired for imperfection
