We know that inhumane
treatment of pretrial mentally ill patients in federal
psychiatric hospitals is wrong and we will humanize treatment for all.
We will end slave labor. The
refusal to work for $.75 a day will never be used against a person in legal
proceedings.
We will ban visual
examination of genitals of patients for family visits .
We will not use
psychological torture and humiliation.
We will not use
deception or coersion to treat anyone.
