Dear Mayor Bowser
I applaud your
recent actions to investigate the death of a Metro rider. I'm confident your
investigation will prevent future unnecessary deaths.
I'm also hopeful
that you will take necessary steps to prevent unnecessary deaths of people with
mental and physical pain.
Attached is a
peer-reviewed article soon to be published in a leading medical journal. This
article reviews the tragic and possibly unnecessary deaths of two people
triggered by the actions of Washington DC Department of Health.
I kindly ask you to
investigate the deaths of Joseph Nasser and
Deborah Sypert.
They possibly died because their treatments were abruptly
discontinued without proper warning from the DC government.
Like the Metro
accident , the two deaths of my patients might have been preventable.
I will be happy to
provide any additional information to prevent future accidental
Deaths .
