 Did Dan Rather lose his CBS job because he lied about JFK and the  infamous Zapruder movie by falsely claiming that  the president's head violently jerked forward at Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963? Now that was a serious lie. That was a huge bad lie that misled the public. CBS eventually fired him. When Brian Williams lied he only hurt himself and his own credibility.
 What can we say about CBS and NBC executives who have misrepresented  the scientifically establish truth that JFK's death was an inside job with full support from LBJ Robert McNamara and Gen. LeMay?  Truth matters. Integrity matters. There is still a difference between   dumb lies and public manipulation.
