Dear Sen.

  This is a follow-up to my previous communication about DEA dirty tricks to persecute 20,000 American physicians in the last 10 years. Conservatively the dirty tricks have ruined an estimated 1 million lives of innocent citizens. This estimate is based upon the number of people associated with each physician including family members  patients and staff.

Today I offer concrete evidence of wrongdoing by my government.

Two years before my  April 2012 indictment for alleged drug trafficking the FBI circulated  a false press release declaring my indictment and disseminating lies on October 10, 2010.

 This of course led to an extremely hostile environment which led to other false accusations and so on. I found these records on the Internet.

   Furthermore as the attached documents will show DEA bullied CVS pharmacies to  deny my valid prescriptions as early as 2009 and stamped medication bottles with signs Dr. Salerian is under  DEA investigation.

You already know DEA confiscating my cars and wealth prior to my indictment and using my confiscated car for joyride.

I share my examples to highlight the gravity of civil violations by my own government at the expense of doctors and  people with vulnerable brains.
