1.   Some 20,000 physicians destroyed by criminalization of medicine in the last 10 years.

2.   DOJ – DEA assault on doctors are  well coordinated by multiagency forces that rely on wiretapping, blackmail, spying , profiling  and confiscation of physician assets that replenish local and federal law enforcement budgets.

3.   Dirty tricks are of essence empowered by free exchange of information between DOJ, DEA, local and state medical boards and confidential patient records.  Timely, damaging stories of targeted doctors flood the media reinforced by manipulation of Internet, Wikipedia and other common Internet sources.

4.   Traditional media is easily  manipulated by flawed and sensational stories.Financially crippling doctors is a well defined objective.  Using psychological    terror and intimidation  are routine.

5.   Blackmail and terrorizing terror  vulnerable patients with mental and  physical pain.

6.   All of the above are consistent with DOJ's 98% success rate against physicians. Most convictions are by forcing victims to admit guilt to avoid infinite pain and misery.

7.   The exact number of premature and unnecessary deaths is difficult to project but an educated guess i40,000 lost lives in the last 10 years.
